Important Information

  • Check In: Between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Confirmed reservations held only until 8 p.m. If arriving later, special arrangements must be made
  • Departure time: By 11 am
  • Lobby Hours: 9 am - 10 pm

Upon Arrival

  • Your balance is due in full for the number of nights reserved, Credit Cards not accepted in high season. Personal checks are not accepted upon arrival.
  • Upon arrival you will need a photo I.D. along with a credit card for security purposes.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

  • A deposit is required within 7 dats of making reservations to avoid cancellation
  • A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit, if time permits
  • Deposits are non-refundable if notified less than 21 days prior to arrival date
  • If eligible for a refund, a 25% service fee will be applied
  • Deposits are not transferable
  • Guests are responsible for the total amount of nights reserved
  • No refunds for shortened stays
